The job
Start working for an AI-powered Revenue Operations services company dedicated to accelerating innovation and revenue growth for platforms and publishers worldwide. They are looking for Programmatic Specialist. In this role, you’ll serve as a key technical support function within our programmatic advertising workflow, investigating PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deal issues, validating technical configurations, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver with precision.
Key responsibilities within this role:
- Investigate and troubleshoot PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deal issues impacting




campaign delivery or activation
- Support Ad Success teams by validating technical setup details and identifying potential blockers
affecting deal performance through email and video call support
- Work within a Salesforce-based ticketing system to manage, track, and resolve operational requests
- Utilize internal deal investigation and diagnostic tools to analyze deal behavior, delivery issues, and
platform discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal operational and technical teams when additional investigation or clarification
is required
- Assist in escalations where Ad Success representatives or Client Success teams are unable to obtain
required technical information
- Review historical deal activity, troubleshooting patterns, and operational data to identify root causes
and support faster resolution
- Ensure accurate documentation of investigations, findings, and resolution steps within ticket
workflows
