Your position

In this position, you will be the driving force behind coordinating complex Sales projects across multiple customers and teams within the Europe & CIS region. Working side by side with our dedicated Sales team, you will focus on all organizational and coordination tasks. From the moment an order is received until successful delivery, you will guarantee proper allocation, smooth execution, and timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining accurate demand planning, forecasting, and upholding timelines – making sure every project runs seamlessly.

Your tasks
- Leading the end-to-end coordination of project orders from receipt to delivery across multiple customers and countries
- Organizing transport schedules and inspection processes to guarantee on-time project execution
- Managing demand planning and forecasting to optimize supply chain and resource allocation
- Maintaining ongoing communication with customers and internal stakeholders to align on progress and requirements




- Overseeing accurate order entry and adherence to timelines in SAP and related systems

Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in project coordination within the glass or industrial applications industries
- Strong knowledge of SAP and order management systems
- Solid understanding of project management processes and customer service principles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Languages: English – advanced, Spanish – is an advantage
