We are looking for an experienced National Tender Manager to join us and take ownership of the national tender function across both Asset Remediation and Asset Care.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for leading the end-to-end tender process and bringing together our commercial, technical and operational expertise to develop compelling, compliant and commercially aligned submissions. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how we approach our tender pipeline, shape winning strategies and drive continuous improvement across our national tendering function.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Growth, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end tender process nationally. You’ll work closely with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Methodology, Operations and senior leadership, ensuring technical, operational and commercial inputs are aligned to client requirements and evaluation criteria.

With oversight of the national tender pipeline, you will manage multiple concurrent submissions, coordinate resources and review processes,



maintain submission quality and ensure key deadlines are met. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements to our tender processes, systems and ways of working as we continue to grow.

This is a highly collaborative role where your ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities and keep complex submissions moving will be critical to success.

- Lead the end-to-end tender process from opportunity identification and bid/no-bid through to submission.
