About the Role
You'll lead the revenue strategy across a multi-property portfolio — not just executing pricing changes, but owning the analysis, the strategy, and the results. This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who thrives deep in the numbers: you'll live inside dynamic pricing tools daily, spot patterns others miss, and turn insight into pricing decisions that move occupancy and ADR across dozens of listings simultaneously. You'll also be a reference point for less experienced team members and help shape our pricing playbook as the portfolio grows.

Key Responsibilities




Manage and optimize dynamic pricing strategies across the portfolio using PriceLabs (rules, customizations, seasonality, min/max stays, demand-based adjustments)
Monitor and manage listings across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, and others), ensuring pricing, availability, and content are optimized and aligned across channels
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis (comp sets, demand trends, local events) to inform pricing decisions
Track and analyze key revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pickup, pace) and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Build and maintain revenue performance reports for property owners and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with property management and reservations teams to align pricing strategy with on-the-ground operations
Identify underperforming listings or date ranges and propose corrective pricing/promotional actions
