American&Legal; Spain is a boutique international law firm specializing in advising U.S. and international clients relocating to Spain. As our global practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Global Mobility Attorney to join us in a professional collaboration role.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with international clients in a highly personalized, cross-border legal practice, combining immigration, mobility, and fiscal awareness in a fully remote setting.

Your Role
• Advise U.S. and international clients on Spanish immigration and integral mobility matters with a tailored, client-first approach.
• Manage residence and visa applications, with particular focus on Law 14/2013 procedures.
• Prepare and oversee Non-Lucrative Visa (NLV) and related residence permits.
• Provide preliminary guidance on tax and fiscal considerations connected to relocation to Spain.
• Act as a trusted legal advisor throughout the entire relocation journey, from strategy to settlement.
• Draft and review legal documentation primarily in English, ensuring clarity and precision.




• Maintain direct, high-quality communication with clients through virtual meetings and remote channels.
• Collaborate closely with the firm’s founders and legal team in a boutique, international environment.

Profile & Experience
• Qualified attorney or legal professional with experience advising international clients, particularly U.S. nationals.
• Strong background in Spanish immigration law, especially under Law 14/2013.
• Hands-on experience with Non-Lucrative Visas (NLV).
• Advanced English (C1 or equivalent); professional-level legal communication in English is essential.
• Knowledge of Spanish and U.S. tax frameworks and cross-border considerations.
• Deep cultural, legal, and social understanding of the United States, enabling refined client interaction.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, trust-based professional collaboration.
