We are currently scouting for driven individuals to join our team as Norwegian Speaking Customer Experts for an Electronics Leader position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to customers regarding state-of-the-art consumer electronics products.
Troubleshoot hardware and software queries with precision, maintaining the high standards expected by our electronics industry partner.
Assist customers with product inquiries, warranty claims, and service requests in their native language.




Maintain a deep knowledge base of the latest gadgets, home appliances, and innovative electronics technology.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by delivering professional and empathetic communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Meet and exceed performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response time.
Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or right to work in Greece.
Proven passion for technology and consumer electronics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
