Job Overview
We are currently scouting for high-caliber professionals to join our team in Athens for the Norwegian Speaking Microsoft Customer Experts position in Greece. This role sits at the heart of the Information Technology (IT) industry, offering you the unique chance to support global Microsoft users while building an international career within a thriving, modern office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support for Microsoft software and cloud-based services to Norwegian-speaking enterprise and end-users.
Troubleshoot complex IT issues, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution within defined service level agreements.
Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries,



maintaining professional communication standards consistent with the IT industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical bugs or infrastructure challenges.
Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert consultation on Microsoft’s latest technological advancements.
Enhance the user experience by delivering efficient, user-friendly solutions to technical roadblocks.
Participate in continuous training to stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving Information Technology sector.
Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this client-facing IT support role.
Proven interest or experience in the Information Technology (IT) sector.
Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency in Greece.
Strong problem-solving skills and a technical mindset for identifying software solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technica
