Key Responsibilities
Provide expert assistance to Norwegian-speaking customers regarding their digital wallet and FinTech account inquiries.
Ensure high-quality resolution of transaction issues and account security concerns within the digital payment ecosystem.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of complex financial regulations and PayPal internal policies.




Educate users on new FinTech tools and features to improve their overall financial management experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical platform issues efficiently.
Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction and professional communication in every interaction.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service protocols within the FinTech sector.
Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
Excellent command of the English language.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in the fast-paced FinTech industry.
Previous experience in customer service or a finance-related field is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a remote work setting while maintaining productivity and professional standards.
