About the job
We are looking for a versatile, autonomous and proactive person to join INEEW as a part-time freelance collaborator in Manacor. This is a remote position with occasional in-person meetings or projects.
What you will do
Project support:
Manage emails and communication with partners and clients
Track applications, contact with clients and calls for proposals and deadlines
Support the preparation of proposals and documents
Operations:
Coordinate with managers, suppliers and partners
Support project management across different initiatives
Organise agenda and meetings
Communication and social media:
Manage and create content for Instagram and LinkedIn across different projects
Basic web design support
Write and edit texts in Catalan, Spanish and English
Sales and business development:
Prospect and reach out to potential clients including organisations, institutions and companies




Track leads and manage the commercial pipeline
Prepare proposals and budgets
Communicate with partners and support collaboration negotiations

What we are looking for
Excellent written communication in Catalan, Spanish and English
Interest and experience in sales, negotiation and business development
Knowledge of social media and basic design tools
Organised, autonomous and solutions-oriented
Genuine interest in emotional education and wellbeing
Immediate availability
Background in Communications, Marketing, Business or International Relations
