Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content moderation policies within the dynamic social media industry.
Ensure that all user reports are processed with high accuracy and efficiency in Norwegian.
Maintain deep knowledge of current digital trends and platform-specific updates to provide high-quality support.
Communicate complex policy updates clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Handle sensitive content with maturity, resilience, and attention to detail.
Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in English for internal reporting.
