We are currently seeking ambitious professionals for the Norwegian Speaking Financial Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert financial guidance and customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients.
Ensure all financial transactions and inquiries are processed in compliance with general financial regulations.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.
Navigate complex financial platforms to resolve billing, account,



and transactional queries.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize customer experience within the finance sector.
Identify opportunities to provide added-value financial solutions to our existing client base.
Stay updated on changing financial trends to provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers.
Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport or valid residency status for Greece.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or banking sector.
Strong digital literacy and ability to learn complex financial software systems quickly.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high degree of professional integrity.
