Key Responsibilities

Manage warranty inquiries and provide comprehensive product guidance to maintain brand loyalty.




Analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements for service delivery within the consumer electronics sector.
Collaborate with international teams to maintain the high service standards expected of Norwegian-speaking jobs.
Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system to track product performance and service trends.
Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics innovations to offer precise, expert-level advice to our Norwegian clientele.
Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Proficiency in English to ensure seamless communication within our international consultancy environment.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to qualify for these premier jobs in Greece.
