Troubleshoot complex inquiries related to high-end home appliances and digital technology.




Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure a seamless service journey.

Collaborate with international teams to meet performance metrics and elevate overall customer satisfaction ratings.

Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
Advanced proficiency in English.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
