What are we looking for?

At Dogfy Diet, we are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Sales team and build the German market from scratch, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
? Your day-to-day will include…




Contacting customers via phone calls to sell our product (Inbound Sales).
Working towards both individual and team targets.
Handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp/phone to ensure satisfaction.
Identifying customer needs and suggesting improvements to our product and/or processes.
Collaborating with the Customer Care and Veterinary Nutrition teams.

? Are you the missing piece?
At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
Native/Bilingual level of German and intermediate level of Spanish.
Strong sales mindset, proactive, dynamic, and excellent communication skills.

? What will make you stand out?
Studies in Sales, International Trade, or related fields.
Knowledge of French, Italian, or other European languages.
Proactive, results-driven, and highly goal-oriented profile.
