We are looking for an RF Systems Engineer with experience in RF transmission and reception architecture design to join projects focused on advanced satellite communications and space systems.
? What will you do?
- Design detailed RF transmission and reception architectures across different frequency bands.
- Develop mixed-signal RF solutions, integrating analog and digital technologies.
- Design and optimize high-efficiency RF power amplifiers using GaN, GaAs, and LDMOS technologies.
- Design compact RF circuits and System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions for advanced applications.
- Perform linear and non-linear RF simulations using ADS or equivalent tools and analog simulations using LTSpice or similar.
- Execute laboratory validation and characterization activities using RF instrumentation and test equipment.

- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in RF transmission and reception architecture design.
- Strong background in mixed analog and digital design.
- Experience in RF power amplifier design using GaN, GaAs, LDMOS technologies and high-efficiency techniques.
- Experience in RF compact circuit design and System-on-Chip (SoC) development.
- Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools such as ADS and analog simulation tools such as LTSpice.
➕ Nice to have
- Knowledge of signal processing and architectures for satellite communications.
- Experience in the design of embedded systems for satellite applications.
- Familiarity with ECSS or similar space industry standards.
- Knowledge of electronic components suitable for space environments.
- Experience with VCO and PLL design.
- Antenna design knowledge.
- Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as CST Studio Suite or HFSS.
