We're looking for a Sales Director to lead and scale our South European commercial strategy. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across clinical organizations in the South of Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal). Define the idóneo customer profile, build outbound sequences, develop demo flows, and create a repeatable sales process that scales across European markets.

Expand our commercial reach through outbound prospecting, partnerships, conferences, and creative channel strategies. As the commercial engine grows, recruit, hire, and manage SDRs and AEs to expand coverage and capacity across European markets. 3–7 years of B2B SaaS or healthtech sales experience,



with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota. ~ Proven success in early-stage or high-growth environments with a track record of scaling revenue. ~ Strong understanding of sales cycles and deal flow within healthcare organizations. ~ Native Spanish or Italian is a must.

Experience with medical devices, EHR integrations, or CE-marked / MDR-regulated products. Existing network within European clinical settings.
