Position Title: Sales AR (Accounts Receivable) Invoice Manager

Position Summary:The AR Invoice Manager is responsible for managing customer invoicing, accounts receivable processes, cash collection, and payment reconciliation. The role ensures accurate billing, timely collection of outstanding receivables, and effective management of customer accounts to support the company’s cash flow and financial performance. The AR process typically includes customer billing, AR document creation, clearing, balance monitoring, and customer account management.

Key Responsibilities1. Invoice & Billing Management

- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify billing data against customer orders, deliveries, and contracts.
- Manage EDI and ERP-based invoicing processes.
- Handle credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments.

2. Accounts Receivable Management
- Monitor outstanding customer balances.
- Track overdue invoices and perform collection activities.
- Maintain AR aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Ensure timely customer payments.

3. Cash Application & Reconciliation
- Process customer payments and receipts.
- Perform AR clearing and account reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer account records.

4. Customer & Internal Coordination
- Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with Sales,



Logistics, Production, and Finance departments.
- Support audits and financial reviews.
- Resolve invoice disputes and payment issues.

5. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare AR reports and KPI dashboards.
- Monitor DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance Operations.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP (FI/SD) or similar ERP systems.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer management skills.
- Professional English proficiency.

Manufacturing / Automotive Industry Focus In automotive manufacturing environments such as MOBIS or VW projects, the role may additionally involve:
- Customer invoice issuance based on deliveries.
- EDI billing management.
- PO-to-Invoice verification.
- Customer claim and payment issue resolution.
- Coordination with customers such as VW, Škoda, SEAT, and other OEMs.
