We are looking for a Sales Manager to cover the Spain region.

We are Bridge Polymers, a company that trades plastic raw materials. Our warehouses are full of... material! We sell these products to end customers for use in their manufacturing processes. On the other side, we work with major petrochemical companies as suppliers.

Our core business is the trading of Polyethylene and Polypropylene. Bridge Polymers operates in several countries, with subsidiaries in Spain, Poland, Romania, while our headquarters are located in the Netherlands.

The market we operate in is highly dynamic. Our company's open, honest, and direct mindset enables us to act quickly and effectively, while always staying informed about what is happening in the market.

About the role

You will be responsible for proactively and strategically managing and developing markets and customer relationships.

- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Take responsibility for sales targets and overall results in your region.
- Develop the market by identifying and exploring new business opportunities.
- Act as Bridge Polymers' primary point of contact for customers.





What are we looking for? A professional, entrepreneurial, and sales-oriented individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.

You should be able to operate at both a strategic and tactical level. You will be creative and decisive, always looking for new market opportunities.

Your profile

- Proven experience of at least 5 years in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of polyolefins or plastics in general is a strong plus
- Experience working with a distributor network and indirect sales channels.
- Ability to work effectively within a self-sufficient team.
- Languages: Spanish and English
- Adaptable working hours and willingness to travel.
