In this role you will define and deliver enterprise-grade AI platforms on Microsoft Azure, aligning AI initiatives with business outcomes. You will shape target-state architectures and governance for AI systems that integrate with real workflows, driving secure, scalable adoption across client organizations. You will work at the intersection of enterprise architecture, cloud-native engineering, and responsible AI, collaborating with architects, engineers, and leadership to enable AI-enabled delivery.

- Lead architecture discovery and maturity assessments for AI platforms




- Define target-state architectures for AI platforms, assistants, RAG systems, agents, and AI-native engineering workflows
- Design Azure-first architectures using Azure services (Foundry, OpenAI, AI Search, API Management, AKS, Functions, Monitor, Key Vault, Entra ID, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Fabric)
- Develop AI-native engineering patterns and secure, GitHub-integrated delivery pipelines
- Build governance, security, xugodme Responsible AI, FinOps, and observability frameworks
- Translate business outcomes into architecture decisions and governance across client teams
- Facilitate workshops, hackathons, and enablement sessions on AI adoption and Copilot integration
- Mentor architects and engineers; contribute to presales and solution design initiatives
