The role

As a Senior Consultant at BluSpecs, you will be responsible for the following:

- Design and Innovate: Take an active lead in designing new business propositions and knowledge-intensive projects by harnessing your deep understanding of how technology can underpin future resilience and competitiveness across diverse industries.
- Technology Integration: Make connections between different advanced technologies and business outcomes by matching technology partner capabilities to real-world applications, driving innovation and digital transformation.
- Client Projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of digital transformation projects for our clients,



ensuring high-quality and impactful solutions.
- Cross-domain Projects: Deliver a wide range of projects across different industrial verticals, maintaining a focus on quality and delivering added value.
- Industry Collaboration: Engage with key industry players to align novel technologies with real business challenges, fostering collaborative efforts to drive sustainable growth.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Leverage our membership in key industrial associations and alliances to enhance partnerships through active and visible participation, promoting the adoption of advanced technologies for sustainable outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Consultancy Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of consultancy experience, with a track record of supporting the adoption and implementation of advanced technologies (cloud-edge-IoT, AI, chips, quantum, industrial data platforms) as drivers of sustainability and competitiveness in sectors like supply chain, manufacturing, defence, energy, and mobility.
- Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrate the ability to understand and relate to client needs, translating them into winning proposals that address unique challenges effectively.
- Technology Proficiency: Showcase expertise in assessing, defining, and communicating the value of advanced technologies, such as cloud-edge-IoT, AI, chips, quantum, industrial data platforms, within specific contexts.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with colleagues to define methodologies and tools for capturing and analysing knowledge and data, fostering data-driven decision-making
- Effective Communication: Exhibit proficiency in developing compelling reports, infographics, presentations,



and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations persuasively.
- Business Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of market competitiveness, innovative business models, and trends in industry practices as well as in starting new businesses.
- Desirable Skills: Familiarity with technical standards and open-source technologies in digital adoption will be advantageous.
