As a Senior Engagement Manager,
you will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of client relationships: shaping account strategy, guiding executive decision-making, identifying growth opportunities, and leading the successful delivery of large, complex initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior stakeholders, helping them set priorities and make confident strategic decisions.
Mobilise and align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, operations, and commercial functions.
Work with delivery, technical, product, and commercial leads to define outcomes, scope, roadmaps, success measures, and execution plans.
Significant consulting experience in management consulting, digital consulting, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business transformation, ideally developed at a leading management consultancy or respected digital consulting and technology firm.
