and user-centric HR processes supported by advanced HR systems and AI-driven solutions.This role evaluates current practices and enables transformation initiatives.Your Major AccountabilitiesHR Systems & Process digitalization & TransformationAssess HR processes and identify improvement opportunities.Redesign processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) to improve efficiency and scalability.Drive adoption of digital HR solutions, including AI-based tools.Define and own theglobal People process transformation roadmap(priorities, milestones, benefits, and dependencies)Act as HR process-to-system owner for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the solution supports agreed standards and ways of workingLead requirements gathering, user stories, UAT, and release readiness for improvements, upgrades, and new functionalitiesDrive governance for configuration and workflows (change control, documentation, approvals), partnering with IT/providers for deliveryTransformation, Project Management & CoordinationLead and coordinate HR transformation projects across the organization.Ensu
