As a Product Data Analytics Senior Manager, you will lead a three-person analytics team within the Product Insights group, guiding data-driven decisions to optimize product performance. You collaborate with the SVP of Product to translate data into strategic actions and align with company goals. You’ll manage complex projects across cross-functional teams and empower product groups with advanced analytics. This role offers impact on product strategy and transformation through data-led insights.

Responsabilidades

- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization
- Experience with SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau or similar tools; strong data visualization skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and experience with project management xugodme methodologies
- Some management experience of data analysts, ideally product analysts
- Understanding of business strategy and how data insights support goals
- Prior experience as a data analyst and holding a business or engineering degree
