Help Wabilon turn building permits from months into hours.

Wabilon builds AI software that helps architects and public administrations research regulations, prepare technical documentation, and review building permits faster and more reliably.

We’re a two-founder company moving from a working product into broader use. We’re hiring our first founding engineer: a senior, hands-on product engineer to own delivery and the production platform.

You’ll work across the stack: product design and development, platform, system reliability and security.

You’ll

- Ship customer-facing features across frontend and backend.
- Own cloud infrastructure, deployments, environments, and CI/CD.
- Diagnose production issues and improve observability, recovery, scalability, and cost control.
- Build pragmatic tests, documentation, and runbooks.
- Make routine security and privacy improvements.
- Work directly with the founders to build simple, maintainable software.





You may be a strong fit if you

- Have built and operated production web applications independently.
- Are strong in backend or full-stack engineering, with at least some frontend skills.
- Have hands-on experience with cloud services, databases, CI/CD, debugging, and observability.
- Communicate clearly and work comfortably with founders.

Useful, but not required: AI/LLM products, document processing, B2B SaaS, public-sector software, infrastructure-as-code, security, or cloud-cost optimization.
