Essential

At least 7 years of professional experience in the management of Salesforce architecture and product leadership, including experience in the area of digital transformation strategies and enterprise systems. Demonstrated experience managing human and financial resources. Demonstrated exposure at the international level.

Proven experience in executive level stakeholder management.

Experience in collaborating with teams (physically or virtually) in an international and multi-cultural environment whilst producing results

Proven experience in writing project plans and project-related documentation.

Experience with Change Management

Experience in facilitating workshops, presentations to senior stakeholders and managing change in a federated (decentralized) organization

Essential IT Skills

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool or solution

MS SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Project

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technologies

Desirable

Experience in leading Salesforce architecture and product strategies within the WHO or UN system,



including collaboration with global health initiatives and international stakeholders.

Fieldwork in developing countries or multi-country program management in digital health solutions are highly advantageous.

Extensive experience in working across multiple time zones without the need for face-to-face meetings.

Experience with UN or other international or multinational organizations.

Experience with professional business services such as consulting.

Basic knowledge in French

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
