As a Senior Software Engineer at adidas, you will help build scalable cloud-native platforms used by millions. You join an international engineering team, contributing to backend, frontend, APIs, and event-driven architectures across Digital Tech or Brand u0026amp; Creation Technologies. You will define technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality software.

This role offers exposure to modern cloud-native stacks and a chance to shape adidas’ digital experiences.

- Join an international team of engineers building cloud-native platforms
- Help define the technical roadmap for services in scope
- Design and develop microservices-based applications
- Create rich APIs and integrate with other APIs and event platforms (e.g., Kafka)
- Implement CI/CD using adidas platforms
- Deploy and operate cloud-native solutions on Kubernetes




- Align and evolve team processes and engineering standards
- Implement code quality assurance, reviews, and best practices
- Identify and manage technical debt
- Mentor software engineers within the team
- Engage with stakeholders including Business Teams, Product Owners, QA, Architects, SREs and external partners

Responsabilidades

- College or university degree with focus on IT or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum 7 years IT experience with product development lifecycle
- Experience leading xugodme engineers or technical initiatives (a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools and processes
- Strong software quality assurance mindset and engineering excellence practices
