In this role you lead regional development and delivery of Mastercard’s Fraud u0026amp; Risk Intelligence offerings, with a focus on financial crime solutions across Europe. You will partner with cross-functional teams to craft go-to-market plans, analyze performance, and drive adoption with issuers, acquirers, processors, and government entities. You help shape a growing suite of crypto, AML, and multi-rail financial crime services to enable secure payments at scale.

This position offers meaningful impact in advancing Mastercard’s regional product strategy and customer value.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies to maximize product penetration and customer value
- Align with internal teams and support sales with GTM plans, pricing, materials, and training
- Analyze market trends, competition, and inform product strategy
- Interface with market teams, sales, finance,



legal, marketing, and operations as product owner for launches
- Lead idea generation, business case development, financial modeling and planning
- Support Customer Success to monitor product performance and generate insights; build reporting templates
- Provide deep SME knowledge to guide customers and stakeholders
- Develop understanding of Security Solutions offerings to leverage organizational synergies

- Knowledge of Fraud and Financial crime solutions in account-based payments
- Experience launching and scaling new products
- Strong communication and client presentation skills
- Familiarity with Greater EUR Region; local language skills a plus
- Analytical thinker with ability to conduct structured analysis and handle large data sets
- Advanced Excel skills
- Teamwork and/or independent work capability
