Our client is a leading company in the logistics and supply chain sector, recognized for delivering efficient and high-quality solutions across its operations and partnerships.
They are currently looking for an Accountant who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting, while also supporting process improvements and providing financial support across the business.

Key languages:

Main responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries (GL, accruals, intercompany) and perform bank reconciliations
Manage the full Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution
Support Accounts Receivable processes for reconciliations and issue resolution (no direct AR ownership, ensuring segregation of duties)
Support monthly closing activities, financial reporting, and variance analysis
Prepare financial statements and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Act as a finance business partner to support decision-making and explain financial information
Drive process improvements, automation, and support digital tools and data-driven reporting
Collaborate with internal teams, Group functions, auditors, and support treasury activities such as cash forecasting and bank management

Core skills/experience:




1–3 years of practical experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Spanish GAAP)
Full professional level of English and Spanish
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate are a plus
Process improvement and automation mindset, with a strong interest in improving ways of working
Attention to detail, and analytical capabilities to examine data and conclusions
Strong collaborator and team spirit
Ability to communicate clearly and straightforwardly
