You will help ensure purchase orders, supplier communication, inventory records, and inbound deliveries are managed accurately while working closely with Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and suppliers.What Youll DoSupport purchasers with day-to-day purchasing and administrative tasks.Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, order confirmations, delivery dates, and shipments.Monitor open purchase orders and keep purchasing information up to date.Assist with replenishment planning and purchasing activities.Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth operational processes.Verify incoming deliveries and help resolve discrepancies with suppliers and warehouse teams.Support the three-way matching process (Purchase Order,
