What will you do?
Key Accountabilities:
Regional Strategy & Brand Alignment
- Translate brand positioning into regional operating standards and concept playbooks.
- Create menu frameworks (core, seasonal, local heroes) and promotional calendars.
- Harmonise costing frameworks, recipe yields, variance controls and waste management.
Commercial Performance & Operational Excellence
- Own F&B; P&L; outcomes (revenue, GOP, flowthrough, average spend, RevPASH). Lead menu engineering, pricing elasticity reviews and sales mix optimisation.
- Implement SOPs, brand/mystery audits and procurement synergies.
Third Party Operator Strategy & Governance
- Map market fit operators; lead shortlisting, NDAs, due diligence and fit scoring. Shape term sheets with Legal/Owners; oversee SLAs, QA and reviews.
- Ensure brand alignment and guest experience standards are maintained.
People, Culture & Capability
- Build talent pipelines, succession plans and crossbrand mobility.
- Deliver training programmes (service, wine, barista, mixology, food safety). Champion safety, sustainability and wellbeing.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Run monthly performance reviews and quarterly brand councils.
- Present dashboards to senior leadership and owners; manage KPI frameworks. Collaborate closely with Development, Procurement, Finance, Brand and Legal.
What are we looking for?
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in Food & Beverage within the hospitality sector, preferably in luxury hotels, including proven exposure to multi‑property or regional roles, P&L; management, and F&B; strategy and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in multi‑property and/or multi‑brand environments.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
