- Senior SAP Customer Experience (CX / C4C) Consultant

Our client is a leading international technology and consulting company with a strong focus on innovation, digital transformation, and modern enterprise solutions. As part of its continued growth, the company is expanding its SAP Customer Experience practice in Spain to support a growing portfolio of international SAP transformation projects.

Reporting to the SAP Customer Experience leadership team, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading SAP Customer Experience implementation and transformation projects.

- Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments with clients.

- Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable SAP CX solutions.

- Designing and optimizing end-to-end sales and customer service processes.

- Configuring and implementing SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.

- Supporting integration scenarios between SAP and third-party applications.

- Collaborating with project managers,



architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

- Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer transformation journey.

- Supporting presales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.

- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of the SAP CX practice.

- Ensuring project delivery quality, client satisfaction, and business value realization.

- Participation in international SAP transformation projects.
