Job Summary (in list format):

- Owns the end-to-end (E2E) product vision and roadmap for the Salesforce CRM platform across multiple value streams (including CRM consolidation, Entitlements, Sales Compensation, Master Data, etc.).
- Defines and sets strategic direction for overall CRM product development, prioritizing initiatives as the roadmap evolves.
- Leads product governance activities, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and updates to executive sponsors and steering committees.
- Aligns business outcomes with technical architecture by defining Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for cross-program initiatives.
- Collaborates across functions (Digital, Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, etc.) to ensure alignment on product strategy and delivery.
- Develops multi-cloud Salesforce platform strategy, determining when to use standard features, third-party solutions, or custom development.
- Drives technical strategy, including AI/automation governance, data architecture, and minimizing technical debt by migrating legacy workflows to standard automation tools.




- Acts as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT/engineering, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Tracks and measures business value from product releases, including adoption rates, conversion metrics, and cost efficiency.
- Manages vendor and AppExchange integrations, as well as platform licensing and usage to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Oversees agile delivery processes, including backlog management, epic/user story definition, and sprint execution alongside Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
- Requires 9-12 years of enterprise SaaS product management experience, with deep, hands-on Salesforce platform expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, lead-to-cash processes).
- Demonstrates advanced stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with adjacent enterprise platforms (Subscription, SAP OTC, MDM, CPQ, etc.).
