HUGO BOSS is seeking two Sales Associates to join in one of our store team located in La Roca Outlet (Barcelona).

In the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer to drive commercial success.

- 30 hours per week.

- Previous Experiences as a Sales Associate ( Experience in Outlet or high-volume sales areas in retail highly valued)

- KPIS and previous experience.

- Inmediate incorporation. Responsabilidades:

- Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity
- Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets

Customer Service.
- Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers




- Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience
- Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
- Support store management in transaction, complaint & return handling

Processes&Systems;
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Follow all company policies (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Retail Teamwear, etc.)

Requisitos:
- Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges
- Always presents a professional image
- Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances
- Fuent english c1 Advantaged.
- Another Languaje is a plus.
