To support their market operations, they are looking for a Telesales Agent who is fluent in French, with a natural talent for customer contact and sales. If you’re a motivated communicator with a commercial mindset and a team spirit — this opportunity is for you!

? What you’ll do

? Handle inbound calls from customers in French

?️ Register new home appliances and customer details

? Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance

? Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets

? Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements

? A strong communicator with a commercial mindset

? Confident in sales and overcoming objections

? Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
