You’ll be part of a dynamic international team handling customer questions related to credit cards ?.

The processes are simple, but accuracy and responsibility are key! ?

Your job focuses on security, privacy, and protecting customer data — making sure every call ends with a smile and peace of mind ?

? Daily tasks

? Block lost or stolen credit/debit cards

? Handle inquiries from cardholders

? Verify identities and explain next steps

? Check and unblock temporarily blocked cards

? Process claim files efficiently

? Training & Support

? Fluent in Dutch
