This role focuses on building and refining the digital touchpoints used by our partners, including a European organization we are currently supporting.
As a fully remote position, you will work closely with our advisory team to ensure that the tools we build are clear, functional, and easy for clients to use.

What You Will Do Build and maintain user interfaces that help teams track decisions, record responsibilities, and manage their meetings.
Write clean HTML and CSS to ensure our internal tools are accessible, intuitive, and visually consistent.
Take rough outlines or wireframes from the advisory team and turn them into functional, responsive web layouts.
Participate in regular remote syncs to update the team on progress and identify where an interface could be made simpler or more direct.
Test tools across different devices and browsers to ensure the experience is consistent for every user.
Update and refine digital dashboards to reflect changes in client project structures or reporting needs.




Maintain documentation for the interfaces you build so that other team members can understand the logic behind the layout.
Collaborate with the broader team to troubleshoot small bugs or display issues as they arise in daily work.

Previous experience with personal projects or an internship where you built responsive web pages.
A basic understanding of version control, such as Git, to manage code changes within a team.
Strong written English skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
An interest in user experience and how digital design can reduce friction in a professional setting.
