Currently, we are assisting a partner that is a major Spanish infrastructure firm.
We are tasked with auditing and restructuring their internal cost models and network data.
To support this engagement, we are adding a Junior Business Analyst to our team.
This is a full time, permanent, and fully remote position.
What you would do In this role, you will work directly on the artifacts provided by our Spanish infrastructure partner.
Your primary task is to find the ground truth in their data.
You will spend time cleaning large datasets, identifying inconsistencies in their cost reports, and helping to reconstruct their financial models.
We follow a strict model where every piece of work has a builder and a challenger.
As a junior member, you will start by supporting the builder, gathering the necessary evidence and organizing the logic.
Eventually, you will take turns challenging the assumptions made by others to ensure every file we close is accurate.




You will not spend your time in endless meetings.
Your work will be expressed through written arguments and technical models.
You will help draft the final reports that explain exactly why a pricing grid or a budget needs to change, backed by the data you have analyzed on the bench.
Helpful background We are looking for someone with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a natural comfort with numbers.
Since this is an entry level role, we do not require years of experience, but we do look for evidence of your analytical ability.
You should be familiar with spreadsheet software and have a basic understanding of how a business uses data to make decisions.
This might come from your university studies, an internship, or a personal project where you had to solve a complex problem using logic.
You need to be a clear writer.
Because we avoid slide decks, the quality of our written arguments is what defines us.
You should be able to explain a technical finding in plain English without relying on corporate jargon.
Being comfortable working independently in a remote environment is essential, as you will be responsible for managing your own deep work hours.
