Olive Tree Consulting is looking for an AI Workflow Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity.
In this role, you will support our advisory work for a major Spanish infrastructure group as they look to integrate better technical habits into their daily management.
This is a fully remote position that focuses on the practical side of how teams use new systems to get work done without unnecessary friction.
About the role The AI Workflow Coordinator role exists to make sure that the technical tools being introduced actually help the team rather than adding to their workload.
In large organizations, new software or AI processes often stall because they do not fit into the existing rhythm of how people make decisions.
You will work alongside our advisors to document these processes and ensure that every technical step has a clear human owner.
This is an entry-level role that values clear thinking and organized writing over years of technical mastery.
What you will do Maintain a clear, written record of all decisions made regarding AI implementation and process changes.
Map out current team handoffs to see where automated workflows can replace manual coordination.
Draft plain-English summaries of technical discussions so that leadership teams can make informed choices.
Coordinate the rhythm of project updates to ensure that remote team members stay informed without needing extra meetings.
Organize digital documentation so that the smallest possible record is always available and easy to search.
Track specific task ownership to prevent important follow-up actions from being forgotten.
Assist in creating simple internal guides that show team members how to use new AI tools in their specific daily tasks.




Monitor the flow of information between technical developers and the management team to identify any points of confusion.

Previous experience in a remote setting, whether through internships, university projects, or volunteer work.
A general interest in infrastructure or large-scale industry is useful, though specific sector knowledge is not required.
Experience writing for an audience, such as blog posts, student publications, or detailed project reports.
