In support of this work, we are looking for an AI Operations Assistant to join our team.
This is a full time, permanent position that is fully remote, allowing you to manage your tasks from any location that suits your productivity.
About Mosaic Conseil We operate as a small, remote workshop dedicated to rebuilding one business artifact at a time.
Whether it is a three year plan, a pricing grid, or a diligence file, we take things apart on the bench and put them back together against the evidence of the invoice ledger.
The process is personal and focused.
Every file carries two names on the cover: one person who builds and one who argues against what was built.
This ensures that every assumption is tested before a file closes.
We do not work on standing retainers and we do not produce slide decks.
Instead, we return the same artifact you sent, redrawn by hand and supported by a written argument.
Our work is handled on paper and backed by a telephone number that answers for ninety days.
We keep the workshop small on purpose to ensure that the people who do the work also answer their own phones.
We focus on four specific rooms: financial services, industrial networks, growing software companies, and healthcare systems.
By staying small and remote, we remain independent and focused on the evidence at the floor of the business.
What you would do In this role, you will support the technical side of our workshop.
You will be responsible for preparing the data and text files that we use in our analysis.
Much of our work involves using modern language models and custom data scripts to parse through thousands of pages of records.
You will spend your time formatting data, running basic scripts,



and auditing AI outputs to ensure they align with the original source documents.
For our current project with a major Spanish infrastructure firm, you will assist in organizing diverse technical reports and cost estimates so that our builders can construct accurate financial models.
You will also help maintain our internal library of prompts and documentation, ensuring that our technical bench stays organized and efficient.
You will act as the first line of verification, checking that the outputs generated by our tools are grounded in the facts of the case.
Helpful background We are looking for someone with an analytical mind and a high degree of comfort with technology.
This is an entry level role, so we do not expect you to have a long career history or specialized certifications.
We value curiosity and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
It is helpful if you have a basic understanding of how AI models function and some experience with data organization.
Familiarity with spreadsheet software, basic coding concepts, or simple data entry is useful.
Most importantly, you must be a clear writer.
Since we do not use slides, your ability to explain a technical problem in a short, clear paragraph is essential.
