Job Title: Data Analyst (Tableau & Snowflake)Location: Spain (Hybrid – Barcelona / Madrid / Remote options within Spain)Employment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are looking for a talented Front-End Tableau Developer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualisations that empower data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, particularly in the areas of clinical research, supply chain, and commercial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain visually compelling and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualisationsEnsure data accuracy and consistency by validating data sources and applying best practices in dashboard developmentOptimise dashboard performance and user experience for large-scale datasetsMaintain documentation and version control for Tableau workbooks and related assetsSupport data governance and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to standards such as GDPR and GxPWork closely with backend data teams to ensure clean, trusted,
and well-structured datasets are available for reportingQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in a data analytics, data modeling, or data engineering role3+ years proven experience with:Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/CloudSQL for data querying and transformationData storytelling and UX/UI principlesVersion control tools (e.G., Git)Snowflake, dbt, or other data stack toolsPreferredFamiliarity with other BI ToolsExposure to AI-powered analytics or integration of machine learning models into dashboards (e.G., predictive insights, natural language querying)Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plusUnderstanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.G., HIPAA, GDPR, GxP)Soft SkillsExcellent analytical thinking and attention to detailStrong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)Ability to work cross-functionally in a integral, matrixed organisationProactive mindset with a passion for data visualisation and user experienceIf you have the skills and experience for this opportunity, then please apply or email Loren your CV today to ******.
