About the Role

OLA Social Padel is looking for an experienced and highly qualified Padel Coach to join our growing academy and community in Bali.

We are looking for a coach with 5+ years of professional coaching experience, strong technical knowledge, and recognized coaching qualifications. The adecuado candidate is not only a great coach, but also someone who can contribute to the development of our academy, players, and overall padel community.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct private lessons, group classes, clinics, and academy programs.
- Coach players from beginner to advanced levels with structured and progressive training.
- Assess player abilities, identify areas for improvement, and create appropriate training programs.
- Support player development and maintain high coaching standards across the academy.
- Participate in tournaments, events, clinics, and community activities.
- Help develop and improve OLA’s coaching programs and academy structure.
- Collaborate with other coaches and contribute to a strong, consistent coaching culture.
- Build positive relationships with members and contribute to the growth of the OLA padel community.
- Represent OLA professionally both on and off the court.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional padel coaching experience.
- Recognized and valid padel coaching licenses/certifications.
- Silver & Gold-level coaching certification or equivalent recognized qualifications.
- Strong understanding of padel technique, tactics, methodology, and player development.




- Proven experience coaching different player levels, from beginners to advanced players.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about coaching, player development, and building a community.
- Professional, reliable, energetic, and team-oriented.
- International coaching experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English.

For the successful international candidate, OLA will support the required work authorization/KITAS process and related arrangements in accordance with Indonesian regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 1,800.00€ - 2,600.00€ per month
