As an ERC Manager at Novartis, you will play a critical role in driving Ethics, Risk & Compliance initiatives that protect our reputation, enable strategic priorities, and support sustainable growth. Working across global teams and diverse stakeholders, you will lead impactful projects, shape risk-based decision-making, and help foster a culture where doing the right thing is at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Ethics, Risk and Compliance projects that support strategic business priorities and mitigate compliance risks.
- Enable and drive the local ERC program through business stewardship with the therapeutical areas and functions, supporting decision making, giving advice and training to associates when needed.
- Support the implementation of the local divisional ERC program through policy/tool/controls implementation at local level (Anti-bribery controls, Third party risk management, Professional Practices, Conflict of Interest) and local developments, codes and regulations
- Establish and oversee project governance, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner with country and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Strengthen compliance practices and promote a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
- Support risk-based decision making through data analysis and actionable insights.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience managing ethics, risk, compliance,



or governance programs in a complex organization.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on business operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and compliance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving results through collaboration and accountability.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into effective business decisions.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: : € 41,900.00 - €77,900.00

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
