Marblanc Solar is hiring Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to join our growing sales team on the Costa del Sol.

We are looking for confident, motivated people who are comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face and generating appointments for our solar survey team.

This is a field-based role. You will visit residential areas, introduce Marblanc Solar, identify homeowners interested in reducing their electricity costs, and book qualified solar surveys.

The Role

- Speak directly with homeowners in selected residential areas
- Introduce Marblanc Solar and our solar services
- Generate interest and book appointments for our Survey Engineers
- Represent the Marblanc brand professionally
- Work towards weekly appointment and sales targets
- Report appointments and activity to the sales team

You are not required to close the full solar sale at the door. Your main responsibility is generating qualified appointments.

Solar experience is not required. We can teach the product. We are primarily looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic and confidence.

Pay: 20,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
