Marblanc Solar is expanding its residential sales team and is looking for confident, ambitious Solar Surveyors to join us across the Costa del Sol.

You will attend pre-booked appointments with homeowners who have already expressed an interest in solar, assess their property and energy requirements, and guide them through the next steps towards installation.

This is a customer-facing sales role with uncapped earning potential, full training and strong ongoing support.

The Role

- Attend pre-arranged homeowner appointments
- Carry out residential solar surveys
- Review electricity usage and customer requirements
- Explain solar panels, battery storage and available solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Gather information for accurate solar proposals
- Follow up opportunities and progress customers towards installation
- Maintain accurate CRM records

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for people who are confident, professional and comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.

Previous solar experience is not essential.

You should have:

- Strong communication skills
- A confident and professional manner
- Good organisation and follow-up skills
- A self-motivated attitude
- Fluent English




- A full driving licence
- Your own vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout the Costa del Sol

Previous experience in sales, property, automotive, home improvements, finance, telecoms or energy would be an advantage.

Earnings

The position is commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
