Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Tech & Digital.
Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking & creative sourcing .
Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers and provide market & salary insights .
Build talent pipelines and help improve our recruitment processes.
What we’re looking for
Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment .
Experience recruiting Tech or Digital profiles is a strong plus.
Comfortable working with KPIs, targets and priorities .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, curious, organised and business-minded.
