Join AECOM Buildings + Places in Madrid or Barcelona as an Architect. You’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle on multidisciplinary schemes, collaborating with diverse experts to turn design concepts into built reality. Under a Project Lead, you’ll shape layouts, document developments, and coordinate systems and materials while applying codes and sustainable design principles. This role offers exposure to global projects, with a path to grow within a world-leading infrastructure firm.

• Space planning, block planning and adjacencies aligned with program
• Prepare and revise site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and details
• Coordinate building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical) to match design intent
• Evaluate and select building systems and materials
• Attend project coordination meetings with internal and external teams
• Interpret building codes and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to specifications and basic cost estimation
• Incorporate sustainable design into the building and surroundings
• Support Project Lead with presentation material development
• Participate in design critiques and pin-ups
• Assist in site analysis, concept research, benchmarks and precedents
Responsabilidades
• Architectural Master's Degree
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Rhino, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and ability xqbhyrx to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong design and graphics skills
• Knowledge of space programming, contract documents and contract administration
• Ability to supervise and coordinate small teams
• Business English proficiency
• Other language proficiency desirable
