Boss Assendelft is looking for an Independent working cook I

At Boss Assendelft, we work daily with passion to create a unique culinary experience. Our modern all-you-can-eat restaurant in the Zaan region offers guests a wide selection of fresh Asian dishes, including sushi, grilled dishes, and hot meals. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an Independent working cook I.

Responsibilities:

- preparing ingredients yourself

- applying basic cooking techniques

- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s).

We require:

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

We offer:

A competitive salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month (depending on experience, in accordance with the Hospitality CLA and future CLA amendments)
