A waste management company based in Bunyola is looking for a qualified grab loader operator to join its operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling specialized equipment to keep waste processing and logistics running smoothly and safely on site.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Loading waste materials onto transport trucks efficiently and securely
- Moving, sorting, and organizing waste within the facility
- Operating and monitoring heavy loading machinery with grab attachments
- Performing regular equipment checks to ensure proper maintenance and safe usage
- Following all workplace safety standards and operational protocols

What you bring to the position:

- At least 12 months of experience operating heavy machinery




- Required machinery licenses and certifications (such as backhoe, dumper, crane, or loader permits)
- Valid driving license category C
- Having your own vehicle is an advantage due to limited public transport connections to the facility
- Reliability, technical precision, and a safety-conscious mindset
- No specific academic degree required

What the company offers:

- Full-time permanent contract
- Gross salary of 1,800 € per month (12 pay periods)
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00, with availability to work occasional Saturdays
- Position starting on August 24, 2026
