A construction company is currently seeking a skilled Lead Plasterer and Drywall Installer (Oficial 1ª Escayolista / Guixaire) to carry out interior finishing and construction work on projects located in Calvià. Responsibilities

- Reproducing decorative plaster elements and ornamental pieces.
- Installing false ceilings and accurately positioning mouldings.
- Assembling drywall structures and plasterboard systems (Pladur).
- Carrying out joint treatment, filling, skimming, and putting up structural frameworks.
- Ensuring clean, durable, and high-quality finishes across all assigned sites in Calvià.

Requirements

- A minimum of 24 months (2 years) of documented professional experience in plastering and drywall installation.




- Proven practical expertise in plaster reproduction, false ceiling assembly, and drywall mounting.
- A reliable, careful, and precise approach to craftsmanship and site work.
- No formal educational degree is required; your practical background and verified trade experience are what count.

Position details

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) for reliable job stability.
- Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour break.
- A gross annual salary of €26,067.47, distributed across 14 monthly payments.
- A direct workplace location based in the municipality of Calvià.
