Are you a proactive commercial professional looking to advance your career in Mallorca? An established advertising company in Palma is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to expand its client base and manage key business accounts. In this position, you will market innovative outdoor advertising solutions across the island on a permanent, full-time contract.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Developing the company's commercial activities through cold outreach and active acquisition of new business clients.
- Providing end-to-end account management for corporate clients seeking outdoor advertising solutions.
- Conducting in-person B2B sales visits, product presentations, negotiations, and deal closings.
- Overseeing campaign execution, tracking client satisfaction, and managing administrative reporting.

What you bring to the role:

- A completed Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Commerce and Marketing, or solid professional experience in consultative sales and cold acquisition.
- At least 24 months of proven experience in B2B sales,



commercial prospecting, negotiation, and advertising.
- Valid category B driving license and your own vehicle.
- Confident user-level computer and IT skills.
- Knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage.

What is offered:

- A permanent contract with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
- An annual gross salary of €27,000 distributed over 12 monthly payments.
- Mileage reimbursement at €0.26 per kilometer.
- Performance-based incentives starting in the second contract year.
- Regular work schedule from Monday to Thursday (08:30/09:00 to 16:30/17:00) and Fridays from 08:00 to 14:30.
- Intensive summer schedule during July and August (Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00).
